How Dilution Works
Every can leaves the warehouse with its dilution instructions printed right on it, in Hindi and English. There’s no separate manual to track down — the can itself is the reference, every time.
The instructions cover the ratio, but they also cover two safety steps that are easy to skip when you’re moving fast: wearing a mask and gloves, and mixing in the right order.
Always add product to water — never water to product.
That order matters more than it sounds like it should. Adding concentrate into water lets it dilute gradually and predictably. Adding water into concentrate can cause splashing or a reaction that’s harder to control, especially with stronger formulations.
Mask and gloves aren’t optional, even for a quick top-up. Concentrates are strong by design — that’s what makes a small bottle go a long way — and that strength is exactly what the PPE is there to manage.
