Nova FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most from facilities, compliance, and procurement teams working with Nova.
What is Nova?
Nova is Alle’s ClinX’s proprietary AI assistant. It answers questions about our products, safety data, certifications, and policies, using our own documentation as its exclusive source.
Is Nova always accurate?
Nova is engineered for accuracy and answers exclusively from our verified documentation, but it remains an AI assistant, not a replacement for official documentation. When confidence is low, it says so rather than guessing — and for anything safety-critical, please confirm with our team at care@clinxai.allesclinx.com or the source SDS/TDS directly.
Why does Nova ask for my name and role?
So it can calibrate how it explains things. A housekeeper and a facility manager asking the same question typically need different levels of detail — Nova adjusts automatically once it knows your role.
What roles does Nova recognize?
Four principal categories: Housekeeper (frontline staff who use the products directly), Officer (supervisors and compliance roles), Manager (decision-makers and procurement), and general Staff. If your exact title isn’t recognized, describe your role in your own words — Nova will match it intelligently or default to a general, helpful tone.
Does Nova retain conversation data?
Conversations are logged so our team can review questions Nova handled imperfectly and improve accuracy over time. Your name and role, if provided, may be used to personalize your session.
What languages does Nova support?
Nova understands and responds fluently in several languages, including English, Spanish, French, and others — simply ask in whichever language your team is most comfortable with.
Can Nova calculate dilution ratios?
Yes. Provide the product and the total solution volume required (e.g. “5 gallons”), and Nova will calculate the exact concentrate-to-water amounts using the product’s documented ratio — computed precisely, never estimated.
Can I listen to Nova’s answers instead of reading them?
Yes — most answers include a “read aloud” option, well suited to hands-busy environments.
Where does Nova source its information?
Exclusively from our own Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, certifications, policies, and website content. Nova does not draw on general information from the internet.
What happens if Nova can’t answer a question?
It states this candidly rather than guessing, and directs you to contact our team at care@clinxai.allesclinx.com. These moments also inform what documentation we prioritize next.
Who do I contact if Nova provided an incorrect or unclear answer?
Please contact our team directly at care@clinxai.allesclinx.com — flagging it helps us refine the underlying documentation or Nova’s interpretation of it.
Where can I access Nova?
You can begin a conversation with Nova at clinxai.allesclinx.com/nova, or scan the QR code on any product label to jump straight in.
