Ask Nova the Right Way
Nova exists to answer three kinds of questions: anything on a product’s SDS, TDS, or MSDS, anything related to getting audit-ready, and anything about how to dilute a product correctly. That’s it — and that’s by design, so it stays fast and accurate within that scope.
The most common mistake is asking Nova something outside that range, like a delivery status or a billing question. Nova won’t have a good answer for that — those go to care@clinxai.allesclinx.com or procurement@clinxai.allesclinx.com instead.
Ask Nova what’s on the sheet, not what’s on the schedule.
Good prompts to try:
- “What’s the recommended dilution ratio for this product?”
- “Pull the MSDS for this product.”
- “What does the TDS say about shelf life?”
- “What documents do I need on hand for a hygiene audit?”
Naming the exact product helps Nova pull the right sheet faster — there’s more than one SDS on file, and a product name or code narrows it down immediately.
For audit prep specifically, Nova can walk through what’s typically expected and which documents to have ready, but it’s a starting point, not a substitute for your own compliance checklist.
If Nova can’t find a sheet or the dilution guidance doesn’t match what’s printed on the can, treat the can’s label as correct and flag the mismatch to Support.
